Bendy: All Levels Contortion/Flexibility Class - All Levels

This is an all levels flexibility class. You do NOT have to be flexible or have any experience to do this class. Class will consist of a warm up, static and dynamic stretching, passive and active flexibility and learning different methods of flexibility training such as PNF. Each month we will focus on a new skill and work towards things like splits, backbends and fun shapes such as needlescale, scorpion, chest stand, etc.

Bare Necessities: Pole Conditioning - All Levels

A dance-based conditioning class that's designed to strengthen your pole and floorwork skills! This pole conditioning class is your gateway to a stronger, more agile you. We recommend taking an Intro to Pole class before attending this conditioning class.

BBL: Lower Body Conditioning - All Levels

Or as we like to call it…All Level BOOTY Gains! What to expect in this class? Think BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift). This class combines cardio with ab and glute strengthening to slim the waist and grow the booty. Getting fit has never been so fun!

Love Is In The Air: All Levels Inversions - All Levels

Ready to go upside down on the pole?! In this all-level class, you can choose your area(s) of focus to start, refine, or accelerate your invert journey! We’ll cover Invert preparation, techniques, drills, and conditioning. We’ll try different types of inverts like floor inverts and aerial inverts, plus invert styles (shoulder mount, straight leg, flare, etc.)
