The House of Chrome Pole Fitness offers a diverse selection of pole dance classes to help our students discover their own unique dance style. Build your pole “toolkit” with classes like floorwork, contemporary pole, exotic pole, freestyle, plastique, and pole sport. We’ve broken up our classes into different levels such as Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and All Levels so you can find the right pole dance class for you!

Level 1 + Level 2

START HERE: Foundations + Beginner Pole

Our introductory pole dance class is designed specifically for beginners who are just embarking on their pole journey! We’ll go over the basics of pole dance and foundational movements to start you off on the right foot! No prerequisites required.

Sultry Serpent: Level 1 Pole Dance

Learn the foundational techniques of pole dancing, including spins, climbs, and poses. This beginner pole dance class will help you develop your own personal style with strength, sensuality, and grace.

Slay: Level 1/2 Pole Tricks

A transformative pole trick class designed specifically for beginners! Here, you'll not only build muscle and enhance flexibility but also boost your self-confidence to new heights. This isn't your ordinary beginners class. Expect a rigorous workout that will test your limits. But don't worry, we've got your back. Progressions and regressions are tailored to your individual needs.

Slither: Level 1/2 Pole Dance 

This choreography pole dance class is designed to guide you through a captivating routine on the pole. Not great at remembering choreo? No worries! It’s less about getting the choreo perfect and more about challenging yourself and discovering your personal style. We recommend wearing heels for this pole dance class.

Trick Tribe: Level 1/2 Pole Tricks + Transitions

Join the Trick Tribe! In mixed level Pole Trick class, you'll master not only the art of pole tricks but also the seamless transitions that connect them. Perfect for both beginners and those looking to level up and refine their skills, this class focuses on building a strong foundation while introducing more challenging elements. Our experienced instructors break down each movement into manageable steps, ensuring you learn safely and confidently. Chrome Flow: Level 1/2 pole dance

Discover your flow in this mixed-level class that welcomes both beginners and seasoned dancers. Build confidence through fluid pole movement while learning a dynamic combination that can be tailored to your skill level. New dancers will master essential techniques and transitions, while experienced students can add their own flair and tackle more challenging variations. Each session explores how the same combination can transform through different music, helping you develop your signature style. Whether you're just starting your pole journey or refining your flow, you'll leave class feeling strong, accomplished, and ready to slay. Bombshell Basics: Foundations + Level 1 Pole Dance

Perfect the art of pirouettes, dips, and smooth body waves in this beginner pole dance class. Once you've honed your fundamental skills for the first half of the class, the second half brings all those skills to life in a short choreography sequence. Heels are recommended but not required! Progressions and regressions are tailored to your individual needs.

Level 2 & Level 3

Powerflow: Level 2 Pole Tricks + Dance

Powerflow is an intermediate/advanced pole flow class designed for those comfortable with aerial inversions. This class focuses on creating fluid, seamless combinations of intermediate and advanced tricks. Our goal is to build endurance, precision, and control, enabling you to execute your moves with power and grace. In Powerflow, you'll not only learn new tricks but also refine your technique under the guidance of our experienced instructors.

Showflow: Level 3 Pole Tricks

This class focuses on mastering intricate trick combinations and seamless transitions to create a mesmerizing, show-ready performance. In Showflow, you'll learn how to connect your favorite pole tricks in dynamic sequences that will keep your audience enthralled. We'll work on building your endurance and control in the air, so you can execute challenging moves with confidence and grace. You'll also learn how to incorporate dramatic poses, expressive movement, and captivating stage presence to elevate your overall performance.

Prerequisites: Inverts are strongly recommended for this class. If you're new to inverting, we suggest building a foundation in our Invert Mastery classes before joining Showflow.

Static Sorcery: Level 2 Pole Dance

We'll guide you through intricate combos, fluid movements, and smooth transitions in this static pole dance class. You’ll leave spectators wondering how the hell you’re doing this on a pole. It must be pure sorcery! Prerequisites include confidence in climbing and leg hangs. Heels are optional.

Slink: Level 2 Exotic Pole Dance

Exotic pole dance stems from Russia and merges ballet style lines with static pole dancing. This exotic pole dance class incorporates box and edge work, ankle strengthening, kip technique, and flowing movements. Heels not required but recommended, knee pads required.

Into the Jungle: Level 2/3 Pole Dance

Prepare to merge the rhythm of dance with the thrill of tricks in this choreography-focused pole dance class. We recommend that you have taken at least 5 pole classes prior to this class. Heels makes it more fun, but not required. Prerequisites: Dips, pirouettes, climbs, pole sits

Sssensous Movement Level 2 + 3 Pole Dance

This pole dance class will incorporate tricks and transitions into a small and scintillating routine. This class is not suitable for first timers. Please be comfortable in dips, spins, pole sits, and climbs.

Wild Attraction: Level 2 Dance + Tricks

In Wild Attraction, explore a fusion of sensual movement and dynamic pole tricks. This class focuses on developing fluid, enticing sequences around the pole, as well as learning progressive climbs and spins. Expect a physically challenging workout targeting strength, endurance, and flexibility. Our supportive environment encourages self-expression and empowerment. In this class you will want to be comfortable in a pole climb, pole sit, pirouette, step around, and jasmine. Please where clothing that exposes your skin, bring knee pads, and optional heels.

Exotic Hardstyle: Level 2/3 pole dance

Level 2 + 3 Hard Style pole dancing is a dynamic and energetic fusion of pole sports and exotic pole dancing. This style is characterized by fast movements, jumps, tricks, and unexpected transitions, making for a thrilling performance. Prerequisites: Comfort with faster-paced choreography Proficiency in dancing in heels Comfort in supporting yourself in full bracket Knee pads required for protection during tricks and transitions. The goal is to create a high-energy routine that showcases both technical skill and showmanship.

Wild Ones: Level 2 Pole Tricks

Primal Flow: Level 3 Pole Dance

Unleash your raw power in this advanced choreography class that blends technical prowess with instinctive movement. Each month features new choreography exploring different pole styles - from sultry exotic flows to dynamic contemporary combinations. This 60-minute class challenges both your strength and artistry, pushing you to move beyond conventional patterns into bold, primal expression. Prerequisites: Strong pirouette, pole sit, clean climbing technique, solid inversions, and confidence in heels required.

All Levels

Prowl: All Level Low Flow Pole Dance 

Unleash your inner predator in this low flow class where pole meets dynamic floorwork!  Knee pads required. Heels and socks or boot-style heels are recommended. For this low flow pole dance class, opt for leggings that cover your legs completely. This will not only protect your skin from potential friction with the floor, but also allow you to glide and move freely. However, be aware that some floorwork class choreography may involve moves on the pole, so it’s highly recommended to keep a pair of shorts in your dance bag just in case.

Polerina: All Level Heel Technique + Sequences

In this class, we will condition our legs, feet & ankles and go over in depth details of heels technique + sequences, so you can feel strong, confident and have beautiful lines while dancing around the pole! Class will start with a warm-up then we will strap on our sandals (ankle booties ok but sandals recommended) and learn some low flow sequences. The majority of class will be spent learning the intricate details of 2-3 sequences focusing on weight transfers, traces, glides, pirouettes, etc. so you can feel like the prettiest polerina floating around the pole. Class will end with conditioning for the legs, feet and ankles so we can continue to progress our strength and technique. This class is all levels but NOT for brand new heels dancers. Must have taken at least 10 pole choreo classes in heels.

Venom & Velvet: All Level Pole Dance

This class is designed to unleash your sexy side and empower you through movement that's as smooth as velvet and as fierce as venom. In this class your instructor will guide you through a series of exercises and choreography that encourage you to tap into your sensual energy and express yourself freely. We encourage you to wear sexy attire that makes you feel incredible, and don't forget your heels and knee pads to enhance your experience on and off the pole.

Nightshift: All Level Stripper Style

This class will let you explore your sensuality and add to or refine your sexy side on the pole. We will be slinking all the way from the floor to the pole, savoring each movement and finding new transitions and variations. Buttery, smooth, and sensual or firey, fast and flirty, let’s indulge in some good stripper style taught by a veteran stripper herself. Please bring knee pads. Heels encouraged.

Stage Work: All Levels Stripper Style

Slither, slide, and seduce in this steamy floor work class. Learn to work every angle and captivate any audience with sultry crawls, body rolls, and tantalizing transitions. No pole needed – just you, the floor, and pure magnetic energy. Knee pads REQUIRED, heels (optional), and your fiercest attitude. All levels welcome – unleash your sensual power.

Flourishing Freestyles: Freestyle Foundations

Dive into the world of freestyles with us! This class is designed to ignite your creativity and watch your freestyles blossom. Embark on a thrilling journey of self-discovery in our Freestyle Foundations class. Armed with diverse prompts, you'll explore uncharted territories of your creativity. Prepare to uncover your unique style in this transformative class. For an optimal pole dancing experience, it's important to dress appropriately. Choose an outfit that reveals your legs and arms, ensuring you can comfortably grip the pole. Remember, it's all about feeling confident and comfortable in your attire.

Spin Serpent: All Level Pole Dance

Ready to elevate your spinning pole game? This all-level class focuses on mastering the art of momentum and control. You’ll learn exciting new tricks, climbs, and transitions, as well as dynamic spinning combinations that will take your pole skills to the next level. In addition, we’ll incorporate active strength and flexibility exercises designed to refine your movements, making your pole dancing look effortless and polished.

Twerk & Twirl: All Levels Pole Dance

Get ready to turn up the heat with Twerk & Twirl, an electrifying pole dance class that fuses the power of hip-hop, the bass-thumping energy of trap music, and the art of twerking! Designed for all levels, this high-energy session combines dynamic pole tricks, floorwork, and sultry choreography that’s sure to get your heart racing. Rock your Pleaser heels and bring your vibe as we embrace confidence, rhythm, and pure exhilaration. Perfect for anyone looking to unleash their inner baddie while building strength, flexibility, and swagger. Let’s spin, twerk, and slay!

Plastique: All Level Exotic Floor Tricks + Dance

Plastique (aka floorwork) Strip plastic is a dance style, based on a mix of different dance styles. This is a non-pole class, focusing on floorwork, leg work, transitions, conditioning and isolations. Includes basic exotic transitions (e.g. hip rolls, bodywaves, shoulder rolls, pole walk, head roll/hair flip, figure 8s, etc.) In this class you’ll start to feel your body, develop your flexibility and dance skills. This class is created to help you bring your body plasticity to a totally next level. Strip plastic is a sensual, feminine dance that gives you the feel of rhythm and music over time, allows you to express yourself, relax, and become more confident. This is an excellent cardio workout and helps maintain muscle tone.
