The House of Chrome Pole Fitness offers a diverse selection of pole dance classes to help our students discover their own unique dance style. Build your pole “toolkit” with classes like floorwork, contemporary pole, exotic pole, freestyle, plastique, and pole sport. We’ve broken up our classes into different levels such as Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and All Levels so you can find the right pole dance class for you!
Level 1 + Level 2
START HERE: Foundations + Beginner Pole
Our introductory pole dance class is designed specifically for beginners who are just embarking on their pole journey! We’ll go over the basics of pole dance and foundational movements to start you off on the right foot! No prerequisites required.
Sultry Serpent: Level 1 Pole Dance
Learn the foundational techniques of pole dancing, including spins, climbs, and poses. This beginner pole dance class will help you develop your own personal style with strength, sensuality, and grace.
Slay: Level 1/2 Pole Tricks
A transformative pole trick class designed specifically for beginners! Here, you'll not only build muscle and enhance flexibility but also boost your self-confidence to new heights. This isn't your ordinary beginners class. Expect a rigorous workout that will test your limits. But don't worry, we've got your back. Progressions and regressions are tailored to your individual needs.
Slither: Level 1/2 Pole Dance
This choreography pole dance class is designed to guide you through a captivating routine on the pole. Not great at remembering choreo? No worries! It’s less about getting the choreo perfect and more about challenging yourself and discovering your personal style. We recommend wearing heels for this pole dance class.
Bombshell Basics: Foundations + Level 1 Pole Dance
Perfect the art of pirouettes, dips, and smooth body waves in this beginner pole dance class. Once you've honed your fundamental skills for the first half of the class, the second half brings all those skills to life in a short choreography sequence. Heels are recommended but not required! Progressions and regressions are tailored to your individual needs.
Level 2 & Level 3
Powerflow: Level 2 Pole Tricks + Dance
Powerflow is an intermediate/advanced pole flow class designed for those comfortable with aerial inversions. This class focuses on creating fluid, seamless combinations of intermediate and advanced tricks. Our goal is to build endurance, precision, and control, enabling you to execute your moves with power and grace. In Powerflow, you'll not only learn new tricks but also refine your technique under the guidance of our experienced instructors.
Static Sorcery: Level 2 Pole Dance
We'll guide you through intricate combos, fluid movements, and smooth transitions in this static pole dance class. You’ll leave spectators wondering how the hell you’re doing this on a pole. It must be pure sorcery! Prerequisites include confidence in climbing and leg hangs. Heels are optional.
Showflow: Level 3 Pole Tricks
This class focuses on mastering intricate trick combinations and seamless transitions to create a mesmerizing, show-ready performance. In Showflow, you'll learn how to connect your favorite pole tricks in dynamic sequences that will keep your audience enthralled. We'll work on building your endurance and control in the air, so you can execute challenging moves with confidence and grace. You'll also learn how to incorporate dramatic poses, expressive movement, and captivating stage presence to elevate your overall performance.
Prerequisites: Inverts are strongly recommended for this class. If you're new to inverting, we suggest building a foundation in our Invert Mastery classes before joining Showflow.
Slink: Level 2 Exotic Pole Dance
Exotic pole dance stems from Russia and merges ballet style lines with static pole dancing. This exotic pole dance class incorporates box and edge work, ankle strengthening, kip technique, and flowing movements. Heels not required but recommended, knee pads required.
Into the Jungle: Level 2/3 Pole Dance
Prepare to merge the rhythm of dance with the thrill of tricks in this choreography-focused pole dance class. We recommend that you have taken at least 5 pole classes prior to this class. Heels makes it more fun, but not required. Prerequisites: Dips, pirouettes, climbs, pole sits
All Levels
Prowl: All Level Low Flow Pole Dance
Unleash your inner predator in this low flow class where pole meets dynamic floorwork! Knee pads required. Heels and socks or boot-style heels are recommended. For this low flow pole dance class, opt for leggings that cover your legs completely. This will not only protect your skin from potential friction with the floor, but also allow you to glide and move freely. However, be aware that some floorwork class choreography may involve moves on the pole, so it’s highly recommended to keep a pair of shorts in your dance bag just in case.
Polerina: All Level Heel Technique + Sequences
In this class, we will condition our legs, feet & ankles and go over in depth details of heels technique + sequences, so you can feel strong, confident and have beautiful lines while dancing around the pole! Class will start with a warm-up then we will strap on our sandals (ankle booties ok but sandals recommended) and learn some low flow sequences. The majority of class will be spent learning the intricate details of 2-3 sequences focusing on weight transfers, traces, glides, pirouettes, etc. so you can feel like the prettiest polerina floating around the pole. Class will end with conditioning for the legs, feet and ankles so we can continue to progress our strength and technique. This class is all levels but NOT for brand new heels dancers. Must have taken at least 10 pole choreo classes in heels.
Primitive: All Level Movement Stylings
This class focuses on the mechanics related to stylistic movements, including leg waves, body rolls, articulations in the hands and feet, posture, walking, and threading. This class utilizes drills, conditioning, and freestyle dance. It seeks to empower beginners with a solid foundation as it relates to styling and musicality, and provides a space for further exploration of stylistic choices for all levels. In this class, we will get into what works for YOUR body and your authenticity as a dancer. Heels and/or socks recommended but not required. Please bring knee pads or layers, though they will not be used every class.
Venom & Velvet: All Level Pole Dance
This class is designed to unleash your sexy side and empower you through movement that's as smooth as velvet and as fierce as venom. In this class your instructor will guide you through a series of exercises and choreography that encourage you to tap into your sensual energy and express yourself freely. We encourage you to wear sexy attire that makes you feel incredible, and don't forget your heels and knee pads to enhance your experience on and off the pole.
Plastique: All Level Exotic Floor Tricks + Dance
Plastique (aka floorwork) Strip plastic is a dance style, based on a mix of different dance styles. This is a non-pole class, focusing on floorwork, leg work, transitions, conditioning and isolations. Includes basic exotic transitions (e.g. hip rolls, bodywaves, shoulder rolls, pole walk, head roll/hair flip, figure 8s, etc.) In this class you’ll start to feel your body, develop your flexibility and dance skills. This class is created to help you bring your body plasticity to a totally next level. Strip plastic is a sensual, feminine dance that gives you the feel of rhythm and music over time, allows you to express yourself, relax, and become more confident. This is an excellent cardio workout and helps maintain muscle tone.
Sssensous Movement Level 2 + 3 Pole Damce
This pole dance class will incorporate tricks and transitions into a small and scintillating routine. This class is not suitable for first timers. Please be comfortable in dips, spins, pole sits, and climbs.
The Antidote: Level 1 + 2 Pole Tricks
